Our Process

At Suite Connections, we leverage our relationships with utility companies and our 16 years of experience to make service connections easier on you.

For your reference, below is an overview of what you can expect when connecting or disconnecting services through us.

Connections

  1. Submit a connection order request either by email or via our online Client Portal.
  2. As soon as we receive your order, we will send a confirmation back to you letting you know that we have received the request and will begin the setup process.
  3. We will contact the property to verify the correct service address as well as all available service providers for that location.  We will cross check the available service providers with our database to ensure the best pricing options and quickest connection dates.
  4. During the setup process with the service providers, we will confirm that they have the correct billing address so that you can be confident that you will receive the bills at the location that you have specified.  We will also make a follow up call the next day to simply verify that they do indeed have the correct billing address.
  5. Once the initial setup process is complete, we will send a connection confirmation sheet to you with all service provider names, account numbers, connection dates, pricing (both install amounts and monthly rates) and any other special notes that may apply.

Disconnections

  1. Submit a disconnection order request either by email or via our online Client Portal.
  2. As soon as we receive your order, we will send a confirmation back to you letting you know that we have received your request and begin the process of disconnecting your services.
  3. Once all disconnection orders are confirmed by the service providers, we will send a disconnection confirmation sheet to you with the confirmed disconnect dates.
