Our Pricing & Terms

We can connect any and all utilities that you need connected nationwide.

Our pricing is based on the number of services connected at a specific service address and include both the connection and the disconnection.  Our connection  specialists can connect anywhere from one service up to as many as you need.

Service Terms & Policies

  • The above pricing includes the connection and disconnection as well as assistance with troubleshooting.
  • Connection orders should be received at least three business days prior to preferred connection date.
  • Connection and disconnection orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Confirmation will be sent back with account information within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Suite Connections does provide troubleshooting via telephone and conferencing with utility technical support team.
  • Disconnect orders should be received at least 10 days prior to preferred disconnect date to ensure utility billing is stopped appropriately.
  • Suite Connections service fees are billed monthly on the 10th of each month and are due on the 30th of that month.
  • If there are any changes made to the order after it has been processed such as connection date, service address, type of service, etc., and all troubleshooting and utility billing issues after the connection there will be an additional $10 fee per change or issue.

The above terms and pricing are effective as of 1/1/2013.  Suite Connections reserves the right to make changes to the above at any time with a 30-day notice.
